MJA is an Organisation Development Consultancy focussed on the variable intersects between Culture, Leadership and Strategy as key drivers of business success, sustainable change initiatives and the implementation of relevant approaches to address key challenges.
We are based in Johannesburg South Africa and consult to organisations across the African continent, in the USA and internationally with local and global organisations.
Together with leaders, we enable collaborative environments within which potential is liberated to encourage innovation, robust dialogue and effective problem solving. Our approach is that of appreciative enquiry geared to deliver on the organisation’s strategy.
We have 25 years of experience in researching corporate cultures across a multitude of business sectors and in companies of all sizes. Our solid expertise enables us to analyse when and how culture is a barrier or enabler to change and to co- create implementation approaches to address key challenges.
Our clients include Banks, Financial Services Companies, Airlines, Law firms, Retail Groups, Multinational Search Engines and Social Media companies, Business Schools, NGO’s and Communities.
Our approach is based on ensuring that we have a deep understanding of the multiple perspectives and perceptions of the people we work with. Through purposeful questions and conversations we seek to provide clarity and alignment around current realities and future goals and objectives. Our collaborative implementation approach can be organisation wide, team or group based or individually specific.
